Need some advice- Detailing

I am looking to purchase a Porter Cable 7424 XP 6.5" starter kit from DI. Ive never really gotten to into the detailing side of things, and usually just do a full wash (2 bucket method) and wax the jeep every few months with normal washing in between.

I would like to do a full paint correction, and the starter kit has all the pads to do so. My question is what would the process be and what polishes, sealants and waxes would be best for my stone white??

My thoughts:

1. Start with a chemical guys citrus wash to remove all previous waxes/sealants
2. clay bar
3. start with Meguiars 105 with a white LC pad only on trouble spots
4. Meguiars 205 with the LC orange pad over the whole car
5. re-wash to get all of the impurities off of the vehicle... more of a rinse and dry.

now is where I get totally lost. From some forum searches, I think I need to go with a sealant next... right?? The sealant needs to cure overnight... right?
Which sealant is going to provide the best protection and gloss for my stone white paint?? Also, I would use the LC blue finishing pad for the sealant... right?

After that is cured (12 hrs) what type of wax do I use next?? I typically just use NXT Tech wax but after reading some posts, I guess its sold as a "wax" but is more like a sealant. So which caranuba wax would be best to apply with the LC black finishing pad?

I am looking to place my order at DI here today so any recommendation would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

Here is my shopping cart... what do you think?

1. Porter Cable 7424 XP 6.5" starter kit
2. Grit Guard
3. M105 32 oz
4. M205 32 oz
5. Chemical guys citrus wash 16 oz
6. Poorboy's natty blue paste wax 8 oz
7. Poorboy's M-seal sealant 16 oz
8. DI Blue fine clay bar 100 oz with clay lube

Thinking about adding the foamaster II foam gun and the maxi suds wash...

SHOPPING SPREE!!! Gotta love birthdays!

I would ditch foam pads and 205/105.

Get the PC alone. Then GO for the Meguiars Package. it comes with Microfiber pads that are easy to work with.
Its very safe yet effective.

I LOVE my FOAM GUN and the CG Citrus Wash & Glo. Mitt and grit guard.

I like my OptiSeal

I finish with P21s Carnuba but recently was given some Adams Americana to try and its AWESOME WAX.

Get a good QUick Detailer that you can also use as a lube for the clay. Get a big one of those.

And if you have CRAPPY towels get a ton of those. Diff colors so you can use them for different things over and over.

If it scratches a CD use them on the underside or engine :D

THe REASON I say ditch the 105/205 is the pads. They are super expensive for good ones. To do the Jeep in each stage you need like 3-4 pads FOR EACH. Depending on the product but they need lots of cleaning. THE Meguiars need cleaning but its much easier. Just grab them with a towel and turn on the PC.

every response will suggest DIFFERENT THINGS.

I like a matte tire gel. I use a optimum one now and it is awesome. Others NEED SHINE BABY and want the most of that.

Get some Bleche-white and clean them tires too! Any local auto parts is fine for that but it will get all the BROWN OLD TIRE CRAP OFF and make a nice canvas for a new coat.

No experience with MF pads but I have read good things
After polish I would go with Chemical Guys Black Light (glaze sealant) then P21S if longevity is not an issue (you wax your Jeep a lot)
if you don't want to wax as much, top with Collinite #915.
I have also been reading about how much people love Black Light and V7 from Chemical guys as well. Show pictures when you are done please
