Line out converter

Im curious as to which line out converter would be the best to use on my 05. There are alot of them out there and they are all priced differently. Are the cheap ones as good as the more expensive ones? Also, would i be better off using one of those PAC things?

I've been running one i got from BestBuy about 4 years ago for $12. Works 100% flawlessly for me.

Re: Line out converter

I just did my sub install about a month back, and I bought one for it. Looked around the web and on here for different converters. There's a couple posts about them on here. I didn't see the point in paying a bunch of money for one. The units themselves are very similar for the most part. I ended up buying mine off sonicelectronix.com It's the PAC- SOEM-T. I haven't had any issues with it. Haven't noticed any distortion either. The unit comes with a auto remote turn on lead which makes it easy to connect to your amp and not have to run one up to your cig lighter.

Here's the link:

Re: Line out converter

Give or take all Line outs are the same, they all have the same basic internals.

I'd look at something by scosche or Installedge. Use those on a daily basis at work and have never had a problem with them.
