I purchased these Plasmaglow LED headlight strips on Amazon for $25 bucks. I Installed them yesterday. I'm still 50/50 on them .. What do you all think?

Not too bad, but it appears they were mounted under the front of the lens aiming up? The problem with this is it kind of lights up your entire housing like an aquarium. For OEM type results they are going to have to be mounted inside the lenses and aimed forward. That's brings up the next problem, these headlights are impossible to get open unless you literally cut te lens off. I like your idea, but my plan is to wait for the updated 2014 headlights and hope to go they are compatible with earlier models such as the Overland.

JTS said it right, the LEDs make it look like an aquarium.

I like the "aquarium" a lot better than the Angel Eyes.

I think they look pretty good. Definitely better than angel eyes. How exactly are they mounted? I was thinking you could do something cool with them around the fog lights, or if you wanted to be really gaudy you could do the slats in the grille.

Well, I think if you colored the housing of the head lights to little Gloss Black or Flat Black it would be more visible for the led lights

Hi TommySoFL! I ordered just placed my order for my angel eyes from oracle. They were $200. I went with hyper white. I should have them within a week or two.

Can you please specify how you go into the headlight housing? (Did you bake your headlights in the oven? If so, how long? How did you reseal the headlight housing, so moisture doesn't come into there?)

The jeep will look sharp with the halos!

Here is a picture of my buddy range rover. He has red halos from Oracle. Red does look good, but he has gotten pulled over for it lol.
