Front track bar bolts...

So i was driving my WJ the other day. I had noticed the front end was spongy when i hit small dips in the road. I was beginning to think it was my track bar. I took it out, and realized my bolts had been worn. Not only that, there were factory bolts in them, much like the ones for the rear shocks, and they were half-shouldered bolts. meaning there is two different diameters inside the track bar bushing. I had thought it would allow the track bar to move too much. i decided to go to Lowes Home Improvement and get some 12x80 bolts. i got two of them, and two nuts (sold in 2 pack). I put one bolt in the track bar, but not real tight. and the other bolt wouldnt fit... i was like "what the hell? i just took it out... did my track bar shorten!?" so i used a pry bar to push the track bar over just enough to squeeze the other bolt in. once i got them tightened up, i took it for a spin and my front end was no longer spongy! Here i thought i would be replacing the front track bar bushings ($90 from Kevins Off Road) but instead, i fixed it for $5.30!

So... As TJXJWJ (Tony) said about the rear shock bolts, i would suggest doing the same with the front track bar bolts too!

Parts needed:
(2) 12x80 Bolts
(1) Nut to Fit the bolt.

No added stress on anything, it just replaces the bolts Chrysler used with the ones they should have used.

The front track bar is located in under the vehicle, in the front, it attaches to the Unibody and the front axle.
