Summit on Eibach springs

Not the best picture but its all I have right now. The drop is way more than what Eibach states.....which is a good thing in my book but I still need to have an alignment done on it.

from the ground to the wheel opening is now:
Front - 31.75"
Rear - 32.875"

I'm hoping the rear will come down a little more but if not it still looks good to me.

Just cruising in a straight line feels pretty much like stock but when you turn you can really tell the difference……major improvement.

Re: Summit on Eibach springs

I've been posting in to many threads but I want to try to keep up with this one.
For the guys that want measurements from the center of the wheel to the fender lip; I have 17.25 front and 18.25 rear.

Also note this is on a Hemi so the v6 might sit just a bit higher.
I parked next to a SRT8 and mine sits just a bit lower. Didn't even think to take a pic until after I left.

Looks great nice job! I would say thats very similar to the height of a Quadra Lift equipped Overland in "park mode".

Love it!

Would i be correct in assuming this is not compatible with Quadra Lift equipped Jeeps?

You inspired me to go do some measuring of my own last night. Now, no idea how my 6cyl compares to yours stock for stock, but assume that the ride heights would be relatively close.

I did this in my newly built garage, so I know the ground is level, and I also did it pulled in for the first measurements as well as turned the car around and backed it in for a second set of measurements. Both yeilded the same results. I also have a 2012 6 cyl with 20 Inch Rims.

When I say Lip, I mean the bottom edge specifically.

Front Ground to Lip - 33.50"
Rear Ground to Lip - 35.50"

Front Center Cap to Lip - 19.475"
Rear Center Cap to Lip - 21.0"

Re: Summit on Eibach springs

^^Interesting. So my 6cyl is starting out an inch lower in the front. That's encouraging as it should drop right around the height of the post Eibach 5.7's.

Honestly, I lower everything so I think you'll get another .5 out of both the F and R over a couple hundred miles.

Let us know about the corners too. The Eibachs for my 2010 (SRT) were notorious for being uneven in the rear Left to Right. They were always around a 1/4 inch higher on one side. Everyone just lived with it and Eibach was aware.

Thanks again for keeping us all in the loop. You are making my decision much easier.
