Working on putting in the links and swaybars and go to put the tire back on and see this. If I take it to the dealer will I get any money towards a new tire?! FAWK. :(

Go to a goodyear service center...Tread seperation is a well known issue! They should be able to help you out. At the least they should be able to pro-rate the tire.

If the salesman came to me with a tire price of of $613 for one tire, I'd slap him in the face. No joke.

Re: Awesome.

He printed out a sheet and it said 613.00 for one and I just laughed, pulled out my Palm Pre and showed him people selling them on the forums for under 150.00 and he was like "oh wow"

Picked up a used one off the other site for 100.00 shipped, just needs to hold me over until spring.

Thanks for the suggestions and help guys.

Re: Awesome.

350 is more accurate for one new. dont you just love how they pro-rate tires in a way that you still end up paying full msrp. i have the nitto 420s on mine, you could probably get a whole set for the price of 2 front gy's

Re: Awesome.

the guy also mentioned I should bring the jeep in to replace all the tires at the same time, I told him I just needed one to hold me over so I could get better tires in the spring, and he asked how I would improve on the run flats as they are top of the line, and I was like oh I'm not going to buy goodyear again I'm going to get nittos lol.
