Oil Life % Indicator?
I did my first oil change at 1200 miles today and did the power ON and pump gas pedal 3x within 10 seconds to reset it. (Original factory installed Oil filter was easy to remove too)

Anyways, is their a reading to see how much oil life was left for future reference?

that's what i figured, considering this Jeep has so many cool gadgets and tech, surprised there's no oil life indicator like some cheaper cars.

There probably is an OBD-II oil life readout but not one that owner's are permitted to know.

Sucks that there isn't an oil life indicator. I really like that feature that way I know where it's at, and I know when it's reset. I think it's pretty ridiculous that when you do the reset procedure you get no acknowledge that it even worked. So basically you won't know if it worked for another 5000+ miles and several months possibly.
Maybe the 2014 will have it and that would be just one more thing to make me wanna trade in my 2012 :-)

Working on it, the PID is in there for the dealer to check, just have not had a lot of time to reverse engineer.

Once we know the PID, most OBD-II software should be able to read it.
