Maintenance! - Few Questions Fellas

Was going over the maintenance bible over at wkjeeps and noticed I should have done a few things at 30k which I have not. Main one being the spark plugs, My bro-in-law is going to come learn me on how that's all done, but my question is.. is there any plug that's "better" than another?

3.7 V6
Mopar p/n SPZFR6F11G (NGK)
(0.042 gap, 8 plugs, tighten to 20 ft. lbs.)

That's what wkjeeps shows, and I assume those can be purchased at the parts store, or do I need to get these from the stealership?

The list also states "Replace the engine air cleaner filter." What is that, another fancy name for the cabin filter that I don't even have? lol someone please enlighten me!

Lastly it says to adjust the parking brake, I am going to have my pads changed out before Christmas this year and will check this, but how does one adjust it?

stay with the oem plugs....they are easy to replace yourself. I did a write up for a 4.7.....but the 3.7 is about the same minus 2 plugs. Be sure to gap them correctly.

The main air filter on the intake is what it means

there is a screw for adjustment if you remove the rear wheels and look at the park brake shoe

Do you guys who change these yourselves actually use a torque wrench/ratchet to get them to spec?

yes...def. tq them to correct specs. There was a fellow I know that overtightened the coilpacks and broke the bolt in the head.....

And for this "anti-seize" stuff for the threads, this can be found at the parts store pretty easily? I don't wanna forget anything when I go collect all this stuff lol!
