Hide/remove scuff on black plastic trim?

Hello,
My daughter decided to scrape her mustang power wheel off my lower plastic trim... It was plastic on plastic contact.. There's a white scuff there now. Any ideas on removing this?

Is it a white scuff from her white plastic powerwheel, or an actual deep scratch in your black plastic? If a scuff, you can try a mild APC, Magic Eraser (might want to spot check first) or PlastX to remove. If it's a scratch, that will be tougher -- and nearly impossible to fix perfectly.

It a white scuff. Not a scratch. From I think the black plastic mirror on the power wheel

Back to Black is a dressing. It may mask the scuff, but may not remove it. I would try PlastX, and then follow up with a dressing.

Plast-X is not for textured plastic.... I may leave reside behind

Your best bet is the Magic eraser and you can follow up with you plastic dressing of choice.

Try a rubber eraser. Worked great on my old bmw with textured plastic side moldings.

Thanks for the suggestions. Haven't tried any yet. But my son hit his bike off the same area now lol.. Same type of scuff.. Gonna have to put a cage around the jeep

...second that. The best product by far for the harsh sun here in Australia. Wish we had an Ozone layer:(

Thanks Vivid for the tip on Mothers Back to Black. Had a few scuffs on the passenger's side and this stuff is awesome. I finished out the rest of the trim on my Laredo X and it looks better than ever.
