"New" shift knob for the WK

This beer tap handle belonged to my maternal grandfather and was once installed on my first Jeep (63 CJ-5A). Thing is over 35yrs old and from back when Schmidt's Brewing Co was still in Philly.

Damn it is cold to the touch but I like the way it looks! :chug:

Thanks guys! It is definitely a unique look and a treasured piece of Philly history for me. Right now it is just temporarily installed with a masking tape "bushing" until I decide if I can tolerate the cold feel. If I do decide to keep it on the WK, I'll probably figure out some way to create a more solid bushing with a set screw for keeping it secure.

When I mod a car, I do things like this. I'm more into fabrication than using off-the-shelf parts, though there is certainly nothing wrong with that at all.

Awesome idea for a shifter Joe, although I can just about imagine how cold that must feel on a cold morning! brrr...

That's a great idea -- love it.

As for IRFs shifter, I hope he doesn't use autostick with that, it may erupt?
