good deal??? please advise

so I have been looking to get new tires for my jeep . came across someone local that has a set of rubicon wheels (17" limited edition mineral gray MOAB wheels available only with the Mountain Edition or Black Ops) that have BF Goodrich Mud Terrain KM tires are the 32" (LT255/75R17) tires on them. they are near new and the wheels have never seen salt or snow. the guy was asking $1100, but after negotiating he said he would go $800. would it be worth it? told him I would think about it and he is going to let me know when he gets back in town next week.

what's your guys opinion / experience with these?

I have a 2006 laredo with 3.5 rock krawler lift (basically a leveling 2" kit) and 1.25" wheel spacers, so the fit shouldn't be a problem.

Not a good deal at all! Don't buy them but instead give me his number. :D:thumbsup:

I would buy them if they were in my area. I think it's a pretty good deal from the small amount research I have done on those.

seems like a pretty good deal. those tires aren't cheap...and a lot of people want that color wheel so the price for those is usually a little higher than other moabs. I paid somewhere around $300 for 4 moabs and $500 for 4 brand new bfg mt's when i got mine a few years ago and it felt like a steal lol. i say go for it!
