Suggestions for extra lift boost?

Hey guys

I'm currently running an 08 4.7L with a 2" Daystar lift, 1.5" Spidertrax spacers and 31's (Cooper DiscovererAT3s 265/70/17). I also have the pinch weld mod done... I love it but I know eventually I'm going to want a little more lift (bc i already do) and would possibly like to fit 33s without rubbing at all as well.

What would you suggest to be the best/cheapest way to get my total lift closer to 3" and fit 33s cleanly?
I was looking to get some Bislteins for front and rear and I know that will add 3/8" of lift, but that really isnt much of anything..
I'm not sure if instead of running the Bilsteins all around, if maybe running MLL's in the rear and then adding strut spacers up front would work? or add new coils? I really dont know what would be the most cost effecient and effective in giving me that extra boost.. not sure if adding spacers would work well with the poly spacers of the Daystar lift either...

Whats the best next route to take next/add to my current setup to give me a total lift closer towards 3" and alow me to fit 33s cleanly? I dont know what would be the cheapest and safest way to acheive this.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

you should be able to run 33s after adding the MLLs and the bilsteins. theres a guy on another site running 285s on a daystar BB and he hasnt had any problems.

Thanks. I know you were throwing around some ideas of the MLLs and some strut spacers to boost your BB in the other thread I had about the daystar lift.. I'm assuming going this route would be the most cost efficient? but, I figured I would give it a seperate thread to see if anyone else had any ideas they wanted to throw into the mix.

i just recently bought 31s and put those on though, so those will be good for some time.. i think with keeping 31s maybe the strut spacers and MLLs would be best to lift it higher? I dont know.

If you want more lift, then get the OME HD springs with the Bilstein's and MLL. That will give you the 3 inches your looking for. However with the pinch weld mod and Bilstein HD's all around on your BB you will be able to fit 285's.

Bilsteins and the OME- any feedback on that ride quality?

Mine are not installed yet but I know several people who love the set up. Heard the rear is a little stiff but for the money its a great combo.

wish someone with the actual set-up would actually respond with feedback, not saying i dont appreciate the feedback. when you plan on throwing yours in lucas? i have the HD springs, just dont have the OME struts. thats why im wondering how the bilstein/OME combo will ride compared to the all OME set-up.

Hey , I have two sets of Rusty's Offroad Spacer plates. and since you have a spacer lift, this could get you an extra half inch in the front. Are you interested?

I have the Bilstein HD's installed all around. From what I have read and from what I have heard, the struts are fine with the OME HD springs, but the rears will be a little short for off road use, hence why folks go with the F-150 MLL.

I will install as soon as I have time. Which probably wont be until fall:mad:

With the way temperatures have been you are likely better off. I re-wired my roof lights the other night and was having to wipe the condensation from my glasses at times. Can't imagine trying to install coils in this weather.
