Scratched up buttons (Reset, Step, Menu) - Can I replace them?

See the image above. I took my vehicle to the dealer and they told me it would cost over $400 to replace those buttons.

Can these just be popped out & replaced? It's on a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4.7 V8.

Also, if you have any ideas where I can buy these, let me know.

If you could dig up the part number, I'd really appreciate it.

I was looking at the parts manual and can't figure out which one I need. I would also appreciate the part #. Thanks

Did you try puling the bar out to see if there's a part number on the back?

There are several versions on his item, you will need to remove the part to find your exact number or bring your vin to a parts counter

I have to replace this also. Doesn't really matter except I do half of my driving at night and it just bothers me seeing it out of the corner of my eye;)

I was looking at this today and I'm not sure how to approach the removal. Can you just put a flat head under it & pop it out?

Remove the radio bezel and the shifter bezel. Then you can pull off the hvac bezel and remove the wire harnesses. Then you can unscrew the individual parts you need

Hey guys!

For those of you who have lights that don't work in the upper and lower Switch Banks, the Climate Control and the Homelink, I now have stock on parts and can repair them to OEM specifications.

This is NOT an LED mod... instead, it is a return to OEM color and specifications.

If anyone is interested in a quote for repair, please send me a PM and I'll do my best to take care of you.

I have only LIMITED capabilities, right now, but have decided to offer SOME of my services to the community, once again.

Best Regards,
Bob
