Suspension toughness
Looking for another opinion on this. Yesterday was turning into a dark parking lot to turn around and ran over a curb in the jeep. I was doing around 10mph but the curb was only 6-8inches tall and not as steep as normal curbs. Checked wheel and no noticeable damage on either the front side or back side of rim. I cannot even see a mark on the tire and drove around town at highway speeds and the tire doesn't even seem out of balance. I did a thorough check and did not see anything out of the ordinary and even measured suspension heights. Everything checked out fine and was just wondering what everyone else thought. I feel like cars are able to handle a hit like this and I am just over thinking this.

Thanks guys

Re: Suspension toughness
You could have the alignment checked, if it makes you feel better. If it was whacked way out of alignment you could look for something bent. Otherwise let it go. Have you seen some of the off road videos on YouTube? Pretty severe bumps.

I did the same thing early in the spring. No issues. But quite an OMG moment.

I hit a ~6" tree laying across the path the other week at 30 MPH or so. The Jeep will be just fine. It handled it surprisingly well, the old wrangler behind me almost flew off the path. :)

:ohsnap:Justfor safe measure I would run over the curb with the other tire to even it out.
