Dealer SOP help

I have a noise in the front end (I have several posts explaining the noise).i have a claim with Chrysler actually it is my 3rd any way the dealer said they need some help with the problem I told the chrysler agent, they said they would look into it and see who they need to get involved.2 weeks went by then Monday Chrysler calls and said to call the dealer because they have been trying to contact me for a week?i have no record on my caller ID nor my cell.the next day I call the dealer and they no nothing then the service manager calls and said the district manager will be there and they will call when he gets there.the service manager calls back and said the district manager never goes for a ride with the customer because it only leads to bad problems but the district manager gave them the ok to replace what ever parts need replacing to fix my car and he will stand behind them so Chrysler reimburse them.does this sound funny to anyone.all the dealers have heard the noise and said it is not normal.i have driven several 2012 and a couple 2011 all the same configuration they all have the tire noise from the forteras but sound nothing like mine.thank you guys for help

they avoid riding with you....thats an indusrty thing.

on some repairs the dealer needs authorization from the factory.....hence the DM. the factory doesnt always TRUST the dealer. they could be saying your part is bad just to get coin from the factory.

I do not want to believe that is the case they tried replacing the 2 front wheel bearings power steering rack and prop shaft.they wanted help with a hvac tool to hear where the noise is starting or some other tools they do not have.i would like to have faith again in a dealer the one I felt with from 96 closed when they filed for bankruptcy and I realy miss them now.

After they try a couple repairs that don't work they normally have to get STAR and the District manager involved. The District manager would approved the needed repairs after that. It is normal that the District manager does not have contact with the customer. The service manager is the middle man between you and the district manager. If it got to the point of a buyback or something like that than the district manager would contact you.
