dash board removal
so i was wondering how hard it is to remove the dash,i want to replace the upper part of the blower on the climate control,the gear that controls the fresh air and recirc mode broke and theres no way to epoxy it,i went to the dealer and i have to buy the the whole unit,its only 37$ to my suprise,but theres no way to take it off even through the glove box,its a pain in the a^^ to get in there,any pointers to remove it?

There's a YouTube video, using our vehicles as an example, on how to replace the heater coil.

To take the whole thing off IS a PITA.

If you can get a shop to quote you a low price, like $100 labor id do it. Some shops don't understand the difficulty of the job. IMO

As long as the disconnect the battery you are straight. If not......i sure wouldnt want to be near it when it goes boom, then its on the body shop to fix. Sounds like a win win to me.

ya thats what im afraid of too lol since my face is going to be right in front of it,i think im going to do a little more research first
