I also have a 12 Wrangler 2 door and mine has gotten wet everytime we get a steady rain. I wanted to verify where because I know the dealer will give me they "can't verify the problem".... Well finally today was ables to verify it is coming thru the stitching and in several spots. I will try a tent sealant designed for water proofing stitching.

Guys guys. First for the person who has the leak on seams. Use a good black silicone and smear the seam with your finger on the underside. Then to the both of you Buy a water repellant. I used what I had left over from my Audi ragtop I bought this stuff online called fabsil comes from the uk I bought it a year ago but all u need is the same. It is a liquid and you brush the top with it it dries in a half hour done. Water rolls off bird poo rinses off easily nothing will permeate it and you will never have to worry about leaking through seems Needs to be applied once a year. Dealerships are not going to help and then when they do they make things worse so much so u need to retur n over and over

Haha. My brand new Sahara leaks right onto radio. LOL. O well that's what we get for owning a wrangler.

That's weird my 09 hasn't had a leak ever. I've had the bikini top on with the rain coming in sideways before... popped the drain plugs, wrapped up my tools in water tight bags (once dry) and made sure to air dry.
