LTX M/S2 275/55R20 with Quadra Lift

Hi

I have searched high and low for a definitive answer on whether LTX M/S2 275/55R20 will fit with Quadra Lift at all levels.

I know many people have tires of this size with QL and no issues, but since the margins are so slim, I'm interested as to whether anyone actually has this combination (and if you do, pictures! :D) since the actual size between tires may vary ever so slightly.

TIA!

I should be getting some in the next couple weeks. I have QL and 20's. I know several people reported that size working with their particular tire, but you're right - can't remember anyone actually with the LTX M/S2 in that size. I think a member here, AAAA, has them but in 18s. Bunch of ppl with nittos and duelers have that size... hopefully the michellin won't be that much different to be a problem.

coopers work in that size too. That is what I ordered.

Yeah there's a long thread about the tires, but nobody with this size and QL. I had them on my old Pathfinder and really liked them.

I'm going to need some new tires and these are probably my first choice, assuming they fit properly. I think they should since numerous others have reported tires of the same size working, but never can tell for sure til someone does it.

Please be sure to post back once you get them mounted up! (with pics!! :D)

OK, just dropped it off. GoodYear Fortera's had almost 32k and would not have been good this winter.

275/55R20 Michelin LTX M/S2 pics coming soon I hope!

good timing. i got there while they were on my car. got to take a good look at my brakes to see how they were doing. afterwards they parked my car in a handicap spot out front while i was taking care of paper work. i wanted to move it ASAP so will have to take more detailed pics in park mode, etc later tomorrow morning. keep you posted!

this is just in regular ride height.

yeah, let's see those additiona pics at the "park" level. How do they drive compared to the OEM GY tires?

Pics Pics Pics! There is no "real" rubbing i dont think. You may not be able to see 100%, but at full lock
and in park mode there is very light grazing/rubbing in one spot against a bulge of the lining in the
wheel well. nothing serious i don't think.

i rolled the windows down and tried to listen for issues as i turned and went up and down my driveway.
Just a very slight incline with the front nose facing down"hill" - will have a friend stand outside later and
listen to confirm. my wife won't do it as she believes i am crazy

Just like the other guys with this size tire... it's close, but not bad:

In conclusion: Be careful while in park mode. Watch out when going over uneven surfaces, speed bumps, etc while in this height. Take it slow or raise up.

Thanks a lot. This is incredibly helpful.

A little disappointed with the park mode, but not a deal breaker. It's better than the other crap tires! These will be on my shopping list in the next 6 weeks.
