Srt8 purchase

I am looking to buy an srt8... Are you owners happy with yours? I found a 12 down the road that seems to have my name on it...it is black...I'd prefer mineral gray but my magnum rt was mg and a change would be nice...

I am really asking about the overall performance, drive ability and experience....I can wait for the 14... If need be ....

I did notice at 80mph I was doing about 2700 rpm... Which is shockingly high for a modern car...

Thanks in advance for your feedback...

well, i had the car since early Feb, it is amazing beautiful to drive
high burst of torque when shifting, i use it as my daily driving car
im so happy with it n cud never be dissapointed.

i do advise you to go ahead, the 2014 is all about rumors, so dont trust anything until u c with ur own eyes.

couple of users all over the internet got the 2014 photos, but until jeep releases it for sale the 2014 is not available. ( were in 2012 for godsake ! ) :p

as for the rest i think the car is a very very good car n its worth the money no matter what year it is.

this is my opinion, so i hope i actually gave u the information ur looking for.

do pm me if u have any concern.

i have not snapped a pic yet, but i did install 3m crytsalline film all around... this stuff is amazing, it cuts down the heat transmissions from the sun , unlike most window film that cuts down glare only... really amazing stufff, i have used it on my other vehicles and it makes a huge diffierence.... 70% on the windsheild and 45% on all other windows and sunroof

2014 release is only about 5 months away. This makes a 2012 an already 2 year old vehicle FYI

Re: Srt8 purchase

I think we all know price is only going one way :)

I was just making the point that depending on the price the OP paid, he could be potentially just throwing away at least 10,000.

Re: Srt8 purchase

sorry...Ive talked with the OP...were both buying 2012's because the price has come down into our range of affordability personally. I would much rather have a 2014...but dont wanna pay an extra $20k
