Rough idle and jerking while driving.

Hey peps, new to the forum. I have a 06 GC 3.7 4wd at 93000 miles. The problem with the idle is it seems to shake some what at stops while in gear, drive or reverse about 500-600 rpms. In neutral and park not so bad. The big problem is when coming from highway speeds (55-65)and coming to a complete stop it will do the rough for like 10 secs and dip down to 200-300 rpms wanting to stall. It does it every time I get off the highway. Has new plugs, air filter and fresh oil. Now the jerking only happens in first gear in traffic. When I press the gas sounds and feels like the drivtran jerks and clunks and it does it again when I let off the gas while still in first. Again it only happens in slow traffic. Check the motor and trans mounts they are all good. I'm T a lost on both things. Would be greatful for any advice.

what plugs did you use?

I used Bosch irdium plugs. The problems started before I changed the plugs. That's why I changed them .

The rpms are starting to dip down more often now to almost stalling. If anyone has any ideas what it might be, could use the advice.

So is there anyone who knows what it might be?
