Re: Anyone ever have rust bubbles?
looks like its right under the gas door, they salt the roads out that way? no bubbles for me - the new salt solution they spray down on the bridges here in CT is extremely corrosive, but I garage my SRT in the winter.

Re: Anyone ever have rust bubbles?
Yes, it's on the drivers rear quarter below the gas door. My jeep is washed very frequently and garaged nightly year long. I left a message on the srt hotline.
Just aggrevating to see on a 2010.

Re: Anyone ever have rust bubbles?
Sucks to see that but yeah we live in the rust belt and constant detailing is needed to keep the car looking good if its a daily driver in this climate. I do a wash, clay bar, polish, wax, and seal twice a year. And a rewaxing 2 times or so in between the full details. It just has to be babied like that in the northeast. Gl with the srt hotline though!

Re: Anyone ever have rust bubbles?
paint claim almost 3 yrs later? in the NE....that looks more like neglect than a claim..

Re: Anyone ever have rust bubbles?
Neglect? For a garaged vehicle that is washed and waxed regularly? You have got to be kidding me.
I can walk down the parking lot at my work of vehicles with 5 - 10 + years on them by people who literally NEVER wash their cars, never mind wax them and not one Hyundai, Toyota, Buick, Chevy has this problem. So neglect on a $50K 3 year old car can suck my balls, as this shouldn't happen to any car in three years in any state.

Update: Digital imaging taken yesterday morning. Claim approved this morning.
Repair scheduled for Monday.

Thank you JEEP! I would have sold her having to look at those pimples every time I fill up. Which is a real f'in lot with an SRT and a Lead foot!

This looks like the Dreaded German car disease. Over here in Europe, German built cars rot like apples and Mercedes are particularly bad. If they have somehow managed to show Jeep how not to build a car I'll be selling my lovely 2007 WK as soon as possible.

Heres a picky of a water soluble 2003 mercedes ML.

The arches are going quickly and the rest isn't far behind.
