Hi everyone! Newbie here with my first post…sorry for it being long!
I have a 2013 GC…bought her brand new about 6/7weeks ago… right now there are about 900 miles on her. About 10 days ago I got into my car after it was parked, outside, for about 10hrs. I found condensation on the front and rear windows, but not any of the side ones. This is the first time I’ve ever had this happen with a car…I’ve lived in the north east for 30yrs.
I took her back to the dealer and they kept her for about 7hrs and couldn’t “replicate the issue.” On the service form it says they ran water tests. Wondering if anyone has had similar issues.
Also, about a week later (like two days ago) it did it again. I figure I have water/cold air coming in from somewhere. Floor is dry and heat works so I assume there is no issue with the heater core. I am thinking that maybe a drain tube is pinched or clogged or there is a small water/air leak. I am going to bring her back to the dealer…just looking for advice as to what to say. Should I tell them that I am leaving her there until they figure it out or do I ask for them to run some specific tests or inspect something specific??
Thanks for any advice on this!!
