i want new shocks for my 03 grand cherokee limited 4.7HO. i want the Bilstein's but the Monroe Sensa-trac's seem like they do the same thing. suggestions? Also if i install a new sway bar should i also replace the sway links?

I don't know how the Monroe's feel, but I can tell you that the Bilstiens are without a doubt, an AWESOME shock on this Jeep. If it's a few bucks more for the Bilstiens, I'd go spend a few more bucks. I've run a lot of different shocks on my Jeeps over the years, and these are by far, the best all around in my opinion. Lotsa folks on here have them and they all rave about them. As for the sway bar, you might want to contact Cheapjeep on here...he might have a used one? MIGHT. And replacing links isn't mandatory. If your stock ones are in good shape, you can keep them. I ran my upgraded swaybars with my OEM links for quite some time without any issue. I then replaced the links later on down the road because they were rusty and the rubber was all nasty.

Dude, I have an 06 and an 04. It's like having a Chevy and a Toyota...2 totally different vehicles. Along the way though, I have found 2 similarities. One is that the oil drain plug is the same in both, and the fog lamp assemblies are the same in my 2004 as it is on the 2006. That wouldn't be the case if I had an 03 or earlier to answer your dude.
