Did I just ruin my leather?

My truck has 800 miles on it. I just did a once over on all the seats with the lexol conditioner wipes and the seats feel gross. I didnt put a ton on and I wiped them down with a microfiber towel after they dried. Will they feel better in the morning or should I not have put anything on leather that new????

is the entire seat of the wk2 made of leather? on my wk1, only the surfaces your body touches is leather, the rest is pleather. I call this out because pleather does not absorb leather conditioners, it just sits on top and looks/feels bad.

Conditioning your seat is a waste of time and money. The leather is painted and is sealed so all the conditioner does is sit on top making it greasy or worse still attract dirt and begin to destroy the paint coating.

Just buy leather cleaner and give them a wipe with a damp cloth occasionally. If you have lighter colored leather, buy some leather protector (think of it like paint sealant) this will make dye transfer and dirt easier to remove in future cleans.
