Looks like you have the Nav system...so...Ill start there. Grab the Nav bezel and pull it toward your body. Next....carefully with a plastic putty knife or your fingers....grab the chrome ring around your gear shifter and pull up to unsnap it. Next....grab the cupholder and pull it off...just pull up. Next...grab the bezel around the shifter and pull up to unsnap it. Now....heres the tricky part....LOL....some WK's have a phillips head screw in the little compartment under the hvac bezel....if yours does....remove the phillips screw. Next is to just grab the hvac bezel and pull it out....it snaps out as well. Next....remove all the harnesses from the bezel. The HVAC buttons are held on by very small, black screws....unscrew those and the hvac buttons bezel will come off. There ya go bro....good luck. Some have taken the buttons apart and fixed the failed LED bulb. If you can find the matching bulb at Radio Shack and have a saudering tool. You can fix it.
Good Luck!

Im in the middle of swapping the burnt stock bulbs in the heater control unit with LED bulbs. The regular replacement bulbs at radio shack are "Mini Lamp" 12 volts-25mA # 272-1141 on the package. They come one bulb per pack. I bought 3mm blue LEDs w/resistors inculded to work with 12 volt systems off ebay cheap. All thats needed is to solder the resistor to one of the LED bulb wires then solder to the board.

Where did you get the module on eBay? I can't find any.

Just in case you didn't know this, the "D" in LED stands for Diode. That means that unlike bulbs, LED's won't work if installed backwards.

They also won't respond as smoothly to a dimmer that's designed for bulbs. As you start dimming them you'll likely hit a point where they just abruptly go dark.

It's part #55111009AO. My lights burnt out also and I think my dealer can replace it with a $150 deductable but thought I would save money but on Ebay all I'm seeing is one for over $115 and other sites it's all over $100.
