I found the following info on WK2Jeeps.com:

Quote:

Water leaking - running down the center inside of the backlight/glass
Remove spolier attachment screws on the inner side of the glass and the two at the hinges. Roll the spoiler toward the roof of the vehicle. Remove the outer harness retained at the lower half of the spoiler allowing spoiler to extend out of the way. Inspect the grommit for proper fit to the glass. Apply Kent High Tech Clear P10567 to the grommit face to glass sealing area and harness to grommit inner areas. Allow proper cure time as instructed.

I have the same issue on my 12 but it only leaks when I use the power sprayer at the car wash. I messed with the grommet and it's not as bad but I'll have the dealer fix it next time in.

Thanks I'm going on the 27th I want them to fix it but I don't want the hatch removed for such a little spot to fix.i say that because I remember a while back reading a post where some one had theirs fixed and they removed the hatch.ic that was the case I would live with it.mine leaks when it just rains I want it fixed so I can clean my rear window.thanks for the replies

Had mine fixed last week. Supposedly it was cracked and they replaced it. FWIW, I don't think they have to remove the whole hatch. It looks like just the spoiler would need to come off or maybe even just the wire covers on the glass.

Mine leaked too and was fixed by the dealer without removing the spoiler. They had an outside vendor that does all thier leaks come in. The guy injected a silicone compound with a needle like tool right into the hole that the wires go through. No leak, no mess.
