Weird mpg as reported by EVIC

I took a short road trip last weekend and noticed something odd with my fuel efficiency as reported by my EVIC. I usually get just above 20 mpg on flat highway and this trip was mostly flat. Over last weekend I barely got above 18 mpg on the way there which has never happened before. City driving before this seemed within normal range. On the way back, things seemed to start ok as I was getting about 19.5 mpg just starting out, then all of a sudden it started to drop very quickly to 17.5 or so on completely flat highway with no change in speed. This continued for a while until I made a quick stop. When I started back up again, everything seemed normal and my mpg started to creep back up again and eventually made it to 20.8 mpg. Also, I have stock tires and rarely drive faster than 72'ish mph. I know it's not a huge change, but it's just enough to start me thinking that there might be something wrong. And maybe it was just my imagination, but on the way there it seemed like something was holding my jeep back. Maybe a slight feeling of it being underpowered.

48k miles. Last major service at 30k and a front brake job I did myself about 5k ago. Other than that, just regular maintenance.

i would run a can of sea foam through it. most likely it is nothing, winter gas blends came out last week so that might be the cause
