Anyone ever deal with Jeep customer care?
Nevermind the fact that "Nate" from JCC calls me every 3 days to check on the status of my repairs.. lol. I had issues with the door locks and it was going to be around $600 to fix. Parts were on backorder to boot. I called them up amd was able to get the issue resolved for $100. My front passenger's door would not shut due to the door latch falling and bouncing off the solid bar. It only happened if someone sat in the seat and fastened the seat belt. Weird I know.. anyways if you have a problem call them up and see if they can help you as well. Kudos to Jeep for offering such great service.
