Suv Veers Right
My 2011 Jeep grand cherokee overland 5.7 with 20" wheels always seems to veer to the right a little as I'm driving.... It's highly dangerous...does anybody else have this problem??????

Check your tire pressures, then get a wheel alignment

Re: Suv Veers Right
I had mine aligned by a large dealer that sells jeeps jack willams tire would not do it because of quadra lift then 1 month later had it done again. Good luck

If the front right tire pressure is lower than the left it WILL make it pull to the right, plus it's easier and cheaper go check tire pressures first

Re: Suv Veers Right
I am assuming since it is "highly dangerous", there must be a signficant amount of pull...take it in and get it looked at. You don't mean if you just take your hands off the wheel it drifts slowly to the right, correct?

Could be an alignment issue...hit any curbs or large potholes lately?

If it is just a drifting, many highways are sloped to prevent water from pooling on them, and the vehicle will drift towards the side that the water would run off.

Also, I am not sure how true it is, but I have heard that some manufacturers align the vehicle to drift slightly to the right if you are not holding onto the steering wheel...this is supposed to prevent drifting into oncoming traffic. Like I said, not sure if that's true or not...but have heard it before.

But regardless, get the alignment checked.

I do find mine easily pulls to whatever side the road is sloped but it's dead straight when the road is flat.
