Flashpaq vs Vivid Linq
Ive been trying to find numbers comparing these two chips for a 4.7 ho but can't seem to uncover anything. I recently purchased an 03 overland and want to run one of these superchips in it but I cant make a decision. I know the flashpaq (3875) is widely used by the wj crowd but I hear little about the linq (138750) which is only $10 more but looks to have a couple more features.

I guess my main question is does the linq and flashpaq use the same tunes with the linq having a couple extra capabilities or whats the main difference between the two?

Have you checked out SCT at all? Just a suggestion, depending on how far you want to go with a tune. I had the super chips flashpaq previously and its decent. I didnt notice to much of a difference so i ended up returning it (luckily they took it back)

Re: Flashpaq vs Vivid Linq
I checked SCT out a little but it sounds too advanced for me. All I plan on doing is an intake and tune. This is also going to be my humting rig so I don't think im even going to put exhaust on the truck.

I emailed superchips and they emailed me back saying the vivid wont even work on my jeep yet they have it listed on their website as being compatible...

I think Im just going to use the flashpaq since its tried n true, hopefully I see some gains out of the thing and don't waste my $$$

Re: Flashpaq vs Vivid Linq
I used a SC tuner on the 2006 Ram I traded for the WJ and it made a noticeable difference. I never tried the 91 octane tune but loved the additional torque the tow tune created.
