Good pictures dude! Do you plan on doing more mods?

Re: Cody's 02 WJ

Thanks man!! I plan on getting some 16x8.5 mb wheels chaos 5 and also an exhaust system. That's all I thought of so far. I don't plan to lift or anything. But I'm still looking at other jeeps to get more ideas.

Re: Cody's 02 WJ

Well I just started saving for wheels and my front right wheel bearing/hub is going out and the vacuum hose going from my gas tank to the evap canister is cracking and making a hissing sound which is also resulting in a CEL p0422. So I guess wheels have to wait :(

Re: Cody's 02 WJ

Took the jeep in for the vacuum leak and they wanted over $600 to fix. I guess one hose is around $273 and of course the labor. Well I removed the bumper myself, found the source of the leak, spent $15 at autozone and no more hissing sound. I also disconnected my battery to reset the CEL so hopefully it doesn't come back. Also I noticed that when the front right wheel was making a squealing sound, it was just after a rain and snow followed by cold weather. It started to warm up and I haven't heard the sound again so I'm hoping its just temperature sensitive.

So anyway... Back to saving for wheels!! ;)

Went out and saw a nice area to take a couple pics... Also found out that I'm not very good at saving so as for the wheels, I'm buying them one at a time or else I won't ever have the money for them lol and one has arrived today :)

Re: Cody's 02 WJ

I moved some of my pictures from one album to another in my photobucket and it deleted all my first photos in this thread. And it doesn't pop up with the "edit" option so I can't put them back on... If anyone knows why I can't edit my post, let me know cause I can't figure it out lol
Thanks

I've always liked those wheels. What type of tire are you going to throw on it?

Slvr02Laredo 12-24-2012 02:35 PM

Re: Cody's 02 WJ

Well I don't have a lift or anything and I heard the biggest tire I can get with those wheels without any rubbing issues is a 245/70/16. As far as what kind, probably just an all terrain tire, not sure yet.
