You want to fit you 09 jeep a 2012 style rims? You are the first to do this usually 2012 owners go for the previous generation wheels because they look better. anyway, hope you get the needed help

I belive there are a few 1st gen SRt's running around with gen2 SRT wheels....BUT...not sure if they were using the 20x9 gen2 replicas from ebay or the oem 20x10. I wanna say with the higher offset of the gen2 SRT wheels MAY work on the gen1 SRT. Your gonna have to be our guinea pig. Do you know any gen2 SRT guys in your area you could meet up for a test fit?

Yes, I like both sets of Rims but I'm powder coating the 2012 rim Black and keeping the 2009 stock color..My dilemma is that;
The 2009 SRT8 wheels have a bolt pattern of 127 mm and an offset of 34.75 mm.
The 2012 SRT8 wheels have the same bolt pattern of 127 mm and an offset of 50 mm.
that makes a wheel offset difference of 15.25 mm. like i said before im a newbie at this and im not sure if i even need a spacer or can i just put them on and get an alignment? Im also changing the rotors to a drilled slotted type rotors shouldn't make a difference i would assume...Any help will greatly be appreciated tks. ill post before and after pics when im done..tks guys.

10" wide wheels won't work on the front of a WK1, however, that offset may help or you may need spacers. Grab one and do a test fit.

Ekaz that's what I'm trying to figure out. I just don't wanna tear up the tires on a test ride, if I have to get custom made spacers I would. I need help on who makes custom spacers and if the spacers will ruin the alignment .. Im gonna get these wheels to fit, whatever it

Drive slow, and make a hard turn, you'll hear it rub without destroying tires. Spacers shouldn't ruin alignment, but I wouldn't run a huge spacer just to get wheels to fit. Also, depending on the thickness of the spacer, you may need to get longer wheel studs.

you can mount the wheel/tire and then just set your truck down and crank the steering wheel as far as you can left and right. That will give you a good idea whetehr or not they will rub.
