Twice last week while driving the battery light came on and everything went crazy.Wipers on,everything going on and off by itself.

Lasts maybe a minute then everything is okay. Now i went out to start it and i had to boost it.

do you wash your engine with water by anychance?

can you check the battery cable's of the car?
the battery may have leaked a bit and caused no connectivity from the battery rod's to the electric connectors.

thanks for your answer.I am in winter here ,so no washing the motor. As you know the battery is under the front seat, hard to get to.Jeep only has 15K kilometers on it.

Battery may be pouched as it won't start again this morning.I was just wondering if anyone else has had battery problems.

Check the ground locations. One may be loose

Batteries can go bad at any time. It should be no big deal to go to the dealer and have it checked. New cars on the lot have to have new batteries put in them. Hot and cold weather can kill batteries. If the vehicle is that new, then they should replace it under warranty.

Hey Scott, you must have inside information.I was lucky enough to have to have the dealer look at it today.

They said loose ground connection. That shouldn't happen on a new vehicle.
