K&N 77-1513KP Intake.
Got the 77-1513kp for xmas, and installed it yesterday on my 2002 Grand Cherokee 4.7 H.O Overland. Very easy to install after some difficulties getting stock equipment off. The 4.7 H.O sounded amazing before this thing, now I am just blown away. While still being nice and civil at low RPMs when you step on the gas it sounds like a bear. There is an increase in acceleration at high RPMs. Have not had it long enough to tell about gas mileage, but who cares, I have a V8. All in all i am very glad with the purchase. Anybody else get intakes for xmas? Thoughts?

K&N is the best. I have the 57 series and I fell in love with it the first second i put it on. I also have a Flowmaster super 44 muffler w/o the main cat and she screams lol. Def. a head turner, i get many compliments because people dont expect a jeep to sound like that.

Re: K&N 77-1513KP Intake.
i run a K&N cone on a custom intake with ported and polished throttle body... for exhaust i just swapped out the stock muffler for a Thrust 2 chamber muffler... has a nice little rumble going down the road but not to loud, but if you put your foot in it she roars... i love it! i did not want my truck to be loud all the time while i am driving, would drive me nuts on long hauls with the trailer... to me this was the perfect combo. Like beast says it is awesome the peoples faces next to you when you get on it! no one expects that out of a jeep... as far as performance goes... i did not notice much more than sound when i did the intake, a bit more throttle response... but when i added the ported and polished throttle body, really woke the whole motor up! if you have not i would sugest looking into the Thrust 2 chamber muffler, cheap replacement to the stock set up and sounds aweosme... i am a huge fan of the flowmaster set up as well but that was just a bit out of my wheel house when i was buying an exhaust
