Winter Storage for Wheels
I just came to the sudden realization that it's snowing, so I have to stop being lazy and take the summer rims off.

This begs the question. For tire storage throughout this winter, should I be doing anything special? I was considering that deflating them just a little bit wouldn't be a terrible idea, but I don't know if there is anything in particular that should be done when storing wheels with mounted tires.

Gotta get the SRT reps off and away from all that salt. :(

Stand them up instead of stacking them

If you hav black reps there is no reason to take them off. Just put some sealant on them

Re: Winter Storage for Wheels
Actually, you WANT to stack them, but put some cardboard inbetween each. If you store them standing up, eventually they can become slightly out of round and will never balance properly. Takes along time for that to happen but is possible.
