"Service 4wd system" message
For a week or so, my wk's front abs seems to be turning on when it shouldn't. Its usually around a corner or into a parking spot or something like that. Or just coming to a stop sometimes. Its hard to explain, but its definitely not working like it should. Then yesterday I turned on my jeep and the service 4wd system message appeared with all the abs and tc lights on in the dash. I pulled out of the parking spot and the message was gone.

I initially thought maybe the front brakes (stock pads-58k miles) were super low but now I'm wondering if I have a bad wheel sensor or something of that nature. Bad wheel bearings as well too maybe? It definitely seems like the wks computer is getting confused.

Thanks. I'll see what I can do. Curious though...why would this be causing abs to activate under light braking when it shouldn't?

Ended up plugging in my flashpaq (forgot it read codes). Front left speed sensor was bad. Replaced and all fixed.
