2" lift front and rear help?

i have a 2005 jeep grand Cherokee larado v8. as it sits stock the front end is lower. If i get a 2" lift front and rear will the jeep still be lower in the front or will it set level?

Thats the infamous "raked" stance your talking about. i would check out Rough Country suspensions. They make a lift/leveling kit. The best part about is that it only costs $150

Tons of guys on here use that lift (including myself) and have no complaints.

do you know if the kit will make it level if you do the front and back?

The Rough Country spacer lift will level it. I think it's like 2 inches in the front and more like 1.5 inches in the rear. Some prefer that look, others don't.

Re: 2" lift front and rear help?

i went with daystar 2" BB which is also a lift and level.. just poly spacers as opposed to all metal. mine being a v8 though the front end is still .25" lower than the rear.. but its not a noticeable difference.. still looks lifted and way more level as compared to stock..

I will be adding Bilstein front struts down the line to boost it 3/8". then either MLL 646 direct replacements in the rear or Bilsteins in the rear.

i know this is a old post... but i am also considering a similar lift as well with replacing the strut/shocks...

currently i have a stock V6 AWD with 245/65/17

with wanting to do a similar lift and possibly 265/70-75's,
which brand of strut/shocks would be best?

thanks for all advice and input

if you can afford it.. go with the OME HD kit. it nets you 3" of total lift ..and as opposed to the spacer lifts like rough country and daystar, you get the lift from springs. 2 front springs, 2 rear springs, OME struts and OME nitrocharger shocks is what it comes with... for $700.

I wish I just saved and did this from the start... rather than the daystar. now I'm currently trying to piece together a cheap OME lift.
