HELP Jeep wont start, key fobs work ok
I need help my 2011 Grand cherokee limited will not start. I drove it home from work with no issues and 30 min. later when I tried to step out again and NOTHING. Will not respond to either key fobs, interior lights do not turn on, lift gate does not open, NOTHING. Checked the fuses and they seem ok, Battery has power as well. Tried to pop out the push button and use the fob to turn and still nothing. Please help if anyone even knows how to put it into neutral it would help, so that way i can get a tow truck to send me to the dealer

That info is on page 476 of my manual:

If a malfunction occurs and the shift lever cannot be
moved out of the PARK position, you can use the
following procedure to temporarily move the shift lever:
1. Firmly set the parking brake.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON/RUN position
without starting the engine.
3. Remove the rubber liner from the cupholder (located
next to the shifter on the center console).
4. Using a screwdriver or similar tool, carefully remove
the shift lever override access cover, located on the
bottom of the cupholder.
5. Press and maintain firm pressure on the brake pedal.
6. Using the screwdriver or similar tool, press and hold
the shift lock lever down.
7. Move the shift lever into the NEUTRAL position.
8. The vehicle may then be started in NEUTRAL.
9. Reinstall the shift lever override access cover and
install the rubber liner into the cupholder.

Re: HELP Jeep wont start, key fobs work ok
Am assuning the headlight switch does nothing as well. Will it go into RUN on the EVIC or is it dead also. Do you have power at the jumper points under the hood ? If nada a massive failure like that is usually in the battery ground connection.

Worst case someone should be able to disconnect the linkage and select neutral manually. (Ususal disclaimers apply).
