BT catch can mounting location w/o BT bracket.

Just got my CC today and might have made the mistake of not ordering their bracket.

So basically my question is, without buying the BT bracket, where else is a good place to mount it while still retaining my engine cover? I obviously have to hit my hardware store and buy some brackets, etc. Just some opinions are appreciated.

A link to someone doing this would be awesome and maybe a materials list?

Thanks in advance,

Here's a link to JDubya's thread for his custom made bracket:
How to install a Billet Technology catch can on a 5.7L HEMI & retain the engine cover - Jeep Garage - Jeep Forum

He made it from a piece of 5" L bracket. He mounted the bracket under one of strut bar nuts on the passenger side. I copied it and made my own following his instructions. On my 05 I didn't need the heater hose fitting he used though. The hoses BT gives worked just fine. Turned out great and is a solid way to mount the catch can, providing easy access to it when need be.

Great, thank you! I'll be giving it a shot tomorrow.
