11' Overland Summit w/ Corsa - Volant - Jet
I bought a used 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland Summit last summer. Had 22K on it. Came with offroad package (18' tires). I do not really have much car experience but I know exhaust, air intake, chip etc. can give your ride that warm and fuzzy feeling. I installed a Corsa Cat Back, Volant Intake w/ Donaldson Filter and Jet Performance Chip last fall. Def changed things up a bit. Only thing is my low end acceleration is def a bit off. When I first get on it and it shifts I get a small hesitation and then like a small booming noise and it shifts weird. After this it seems to shift better in the higher gears when i get on it. Only thing I can think of is it needs a proper tuning/calibration for the mods I did. I put the jet chip in hoping this would fix it and it did slightly but still would like smoother shifting. The mods are on properly figuring stuff like that out I am fairly good at its just how they actually all come together is where my brain stops working. Maybe this is just how it is supposed to be I do not know. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks
