*FIXED TEXT*Can push button start be added to NON E package GC by doing THIS?

Hey guys so I got a 2012 GC and like a dumb ass I didnt get the larado E package W/ push button start. Im trying to figure out a way to add push button start. On justforjeep.com they have a OEM remote start package found here
Remote Start - Jeep Wrangler, Grand Cherokee, Commander, & Liberty - Item # 82211019AC, 82211018AC, 82211437AC & 82211441AD

Now if you pull up the install manual for the 2011-2012 GC you can see that the whole ignition module that I put my key into to start the GC is replaced with a new one for the remote start. Im also getting two new keys that the factory has to program. Now do you guys think cause Im getting this new ignition module and new keys I might be able to just but the button and my truck will have push button start? I know I dont have the buttons on the doors to unlock the doors but it will have push button start. My theory is in order to get remote start from the factory you have to get the lorado E group then get the security and convenience group. So the ability to have push button will be built into the ignition module or maybe there is a on off fuction in the ECU that the dealer can turn on. Already tried to put a factoy button in there and push brake and push button and nothing happens.

difficult....no ones rreally looked into this. I think it would be a VERY expensive undertaking to add modules, door handles etc. etc. If it can even be done

Ya I hear you only thing is Im not worried about the door handles JUST the push button. Ill use my remote to lock and unlock the doors. Im just saying cause ill be getting the advanced ignition module with remote start, will that add push button capability to my GC?

but.....there are tons of parts that are part of the package...like the door handles. Not sure if you can just add the ignition parts and get away with it.

It would be a very complex install, new keys, ignition modules, door modules, antennas etc., it's all tied together, and no guarantee that everything would work after you spend about $1,000 on parts/installation/programming.

I am guessing that the remote start feature is just that remotes start.

It will enable you to start the car and the ignition module probably allows so of the accessories to work like the HVAC.

Then you would have to put the key into the ignition to start the car and drive away.

Keyless enter and go is a more involved option like the others said with the modules and antennas and of course the new door handles, If the door wiring harnesses are different with that package then that is another thing to figure out.

The Dealer connect and wiTECH isn't much help in giving hints to prerequisites for features it just tell basic information about features and how to troubleshoot.
