n00b Rim help!

Ok so this is my first vehicle(4 wheeled one) that really makes me wanna dress her up a little. So I have no previous experience in aftermarket rims and don't know nothing about offsets and that sort of thing. What I do know....is that I want to change my rims to 20x9.5/11. Would the 20x11 ones fit? And by having wider back wheels....what would the offset be??
I'm basically trying to figure out the rim and wheel measurements that would be a perfect fit, so I can order them online.
And bolt pattern is 5x5, right?
Just started to look into this so other suggestions are welcome :D

Re: n00b Rim help!

you want a 9 wide front and a 10 wide rear unless you want them to stick out a bunch....or rub

^^ thanks for that fast reply. So 20x9, 20x10, +35 Offset, 5x5 BP would work fine?

^^ See?? I would have missed that....I'm such a n00b
And while we're here....what high speed tires could fit that are not too low in profile?? What would you recommend??

Re: n00b Rim help!

for ride comfort I would not go anything lower than 45 so would be something like 285 45 20 for the rear or even 285 55 20 for the rear and for the front 255 45 20

if you stick to those regions you should be fine

I had /45/18 on my 98 Millenia Yeeeeeeears ago and they were fine. No dent's, rub or anything. And I hit some serious pot holes with them...

I have 285 40 20's on my rears and the look is sick! That size is hard to find though...very hard! I think the runflats are the only tire made in that size. You could also look into 295-35. Remember...just becasue the middle number is smaller...it doesnt mean the sidewall is a lot smaller. For instance....I have 255 45 on the fronts and they look similar to the 285 40 on the rears.
