Can this be done on a wj??

I mean the way the rings are setup? They seem to be able to turn on independent from headlights:confused:if so what would I need?

I believe you can wire them to the parking lights or put therm on a switch. There's seperate wires for the halos on most Gen 3 aftermarket headlights for a wj.

This is how i have my WJ set up. Just run the wires from the halos to the parking lights.

So is there different color halos? Cause if there was I wanted mines more of a intense blue to go alone with the color of my jeep

Not really, they make kits but you would have to tear apart your new headlights to change out the halos. My old halo headlights are a blueish color but not intense blue. Check out www.protuninglab. That's where i ordered my headlights and taillights from.

I run my halos and leds on separate toggles, independent of the headlights, that way I can have them all off, just have the halos on, just the leds, or have them all on.

It's not hard to do, I ran the wiring through the firewall on the drivers side (hardest part). You can mount the switches wherever you want to, I don't use my floor vents so I mounted mine to the vent at the right of my leg, above the gas pedal.

I have halo/projector fogs too, so I just connected the wires for the fog and headlight halos together so they'd run to 1 toggle switch and the headlight leds are on the other toggle switch. Kept it simple. I could have ran my tail side leds to run with my headlight leds but I didn't feel like running the wires lol.

CCFL are brighter than Halos, like what BMW's, etc run. Halos are barely visible during the day but bright at night.
