Key Fob

2005 JGC Key, newly cut cost me $155 pre-tax at the local dealership. Ouch.

Ouch is right! Why did you need a new one? If you had the 2 original keys, you could have just bought one off ebay (60 bucks) and programmed it yourself as a third key. But, you had to have the original 2 key fobs to do so.

My 05 JGC finally refused my warn out, original set of keys. Wouldn't start, would start and after 3 or 4 times struck my last nerve. Bit the bullet and had it fixed right away. I recommend going the eBay route!

Could you post an instruction how to program a third key?
