Uconnect, Blind Spot Monitor fail after battery disconnect
2013 Grand Cherokee Overland, 5.7L, 4WD QTII/QLII.
I unbolted the positive battery cable under the hood to attach a wire to power a remote brake actuator. After replacing the bolt, the radio/nav/backup camera does not come on, and the EVIS says the Blind Spot Monitor is not functioning. Is there some reset procedure to go through after a battery disconnect? I can't locate anything in the OM or elsewhere on this site or the net.
Re: Uconnect, Blind Spot Monitor fail after battery disconnect
After about 30 minutes everything started working again. Unfortunately, not soon enough to keep the dear wife from finding out. :slapfight:
