Sick Deal on Technically new 2012 Silver SRT8

Guys,
My dealer just told me he got in a repurchased by Chrysler SRT8 in due to bad brakes. They were replaced, and title has not been branded, so it would be considered a new vehicle warranty wise.
They are looking to get $53K with maybe a little less.
I could have put this in the F/S area, but since it's a good deal IMO, thought I would put it here for all to see.

Good deal.. I'd say it's still way too much. These are really soft right now.

I am thinking if is was bought back then it has some miles on it cause the owner would have had to bring it back a few times for them to have even bought it back in the first place.

Or since it was brake related they considered it a saftey liability and just offered to by it back sooner.

Either way that price is not that low for what it is.

I guess. But the 300s listed all have MSRP of 51-54. Where the Jeep has an MSRP of 65K So a 13K discount over a 10K. And you're still talking a 300.

If you do a search, most are $60K plus.

My bad man. When I read Chrysler the 300 came to mind. If that's for a Jeep then that is a nice discount. If it is a buy back I'd assume it has a branded used title.

Not a branded title, so new owner gets full warranty as of day it is titled.

I read buyback as lemon law. Even it was "just" brakes it was significant enough for Chrysler to buy it back. What if is was just the tansmission? I'd think that full disclosure to the next buyer would be required.

doesnt have to be branded to be a manufacturer buyback. It will still come up in carfax as a lemon law buyback. Now if the dealer in good faith took it back then thats a different story

just so you know, lemon law buy backs do not void the factory warranty and in fact when resold to a customer come with an extra warranty wether it has 2 miles or 60,000 miles.
