problem with quadra lift and drive after jump starting

2 Attachment(s)
after jump starting the jeep, the compass, tow hall button and all dials and buttons for the select terrain, quadra lift etc don't work. no lights on dials and buttons, -- where compass should show direction
i have checked fuses but all looks good.
the quadra lift will still adjust to aerodynamic ride height at speed.
ANY IDEAS

Re: problem with quadra lift and drive after jump starting

On another thread I brought up that my salesman, during the purchase process of my '14 JGC, told me not to jump start my Jeep because of the sophisticated electronics, and the problems it might cause. He said this was brought to his attention by a bulletin from Chrysler. It was mentioned by other members that the owners manual gives specific instructions for jump starting, so it must be ok. I haven't had to worry about this, but it seems you might have to. Don't really know if its the cause of your problems, but I think a call to your dealer might be in order. Good luck! Please let us know how this turns out.

Try unplugging the battery and reconnecting... Might be logic locked. Do it for like ten mins.

Glad it was an easy fix. Maybe my salesman is overly cautious. Did you loose any settings from unhooking the battery?
