I have checked the front diff gears, replaced seal, checked transfer case for chain slack, and replaced drivers side hub. Im still getting a loud hum like I have 33 on it.When I get on it it gets louder. can someone point me in the right direction please.

Welcome to the garage.
Did you check the CV joint boots? When torn, the grease will go out and the joint will wear rapidly. Even with the boot intact it could have worn to such extend that it starts making noise. Try if you can feel any play on it.
The inspection of the ring and pinion gear inside the diff didn't show anything abnormal? Wear pattern on the ring gear was in the middle of the teeth?

I checked the CV boot all seemed fine, but what I did notice was that the drivers cv shaft didn't go all the way in to the gears. Not sure if that really matters. I didn't check the gears to see if it was in the middle how would one do that

Did you see any glinsters in the diff fluid when you changed it?
You can see on the ring gear where the pinion touches, it leaves a wear mark on the tooth, a bit different colour then the rest. It should be in the middle of the tooth. See attached page as a reference.
Is there any change in noise when making turns?
