negotiated price

Now that the 2014s are starting to hit the lots in greater numbers, what is a good discount to shoot for while negotiating on a 2014 Limited? Unfortunately, I won't qualify for the Jeep Conquest program. Thank you!

Browse through the forum, there is a zillion posts about this. If you go to the ordering thread you can see invoice pricing on post #1. You can get 1% below invoice without doing much. Some have gotten a lot better.

yeah, I've been searching, but as with most forum apps, the search feature isn't the most effective tool. I'll keep looking

Many are getting 4% below invoice or better. Some slightly less than that, some quite a bit more than that. I'd aim for 4% below before TTL.

There has been a few group buys going on also:
$1750 under invoice
7% under invoice
I just got a reply email tonight for 5% under invoice (my first contact with them)

It looks like 4% is a good range to shoot for, that looks better than the Costco program pricing.

Re: negotiated price

Just get all your requirements and price ready before you go in. Just pick out the jeep you want and say this is what you are willing to pay. Sounds pretty egotistical, but you pretty much should be able to get that and they will know you are serious. Just my 2 pesos.

Make sure you go where the car is in stock if not doing a group buy. They have the upper hand once you say well i dont want the black one (which there are 1000's of on the lots), i want the light blue.... you lose negotiating power. 3-5% under invoice is achievable using Truecar.com
