Front Bumper Fascia Fender Gap

On my 2014 Summit, I see a gap developing between the front bumper fascia and the fender. The passenger side is fine. I know the SRT's have a problem like this so it looks like its carrying over to the Summit.

The gap wasn't there a month ago. I just wonder if I should bother trying to adjust it? What do you think?

My 2014 GC Laredo E has the same issue at 1000 miles. I am going to take it in to have it adjusted/tightened. Did you take yours back to the dealer for repair?

Did you try to push it in? That's all it takes to install. It "locks" into the body like a puzzle.

Hi Dabitz, I did try to put a little bit of pressure to see if it would "snap" back into place, but I was afraid to apply a lot of pressure for fear of breaking something. I will try to push it back in place later tonight. I'd love to save a trip to the dealer if it's a minor issue that I can fix myself...

No I haven't. Hasn't bothered me enough yet.

When anyone points it out, I just tell them what do you expect for an over $50,000 Chrysler product. They usually shake their head and seem to understand.

Well I pushed in the bumper and it sort of slowly slid back into place. No click or snap in place, which leads me to believe that it will separate again after the regular vibrations of driving.

We'll see. I'll try to attach before/after photos here if I can figure out how...

Wow, mine isn't as bad as your first photo otherwise I would have been back to my dealer.

No, in the garage. So no taps from other vehicles. This gap is very common on SRT's.
